Before my wife made an appointment for the safety re-call she asked how long it would take to get it done. She was informed that it will be done in an hour to hour & a half. So she made an appointment at 7:30am so we can be done by 9am and proceed with our trip to San Diego. Alexis advised us that it will be done by 2-3pm. It wasnt because it will take 7 hours to fix my truck but because there were already more than 100 cars that came before me. Then what was the appointment for? Alexis was very calm and offered us options so we can go on with our plan for the day. We eneded up renting a Tacoma. Excellent customer service Alexis! He didnt do anything wrong. But an appointment is an appointment.

My rear passenger window is still not fixed after leaving my car at Longo Toyota all day Saturday and my car was attempted to be returned to me as if the problem was solved. Now I have to waist more of my value time to bring it back to Longo Toyota next weekend again. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have been getting from your location since I bought my car in January 2018. I have had nothing but constant problems with your service department. Not good at all. I am a very unhappy customer and I would definitely not refer anyone to this dealer.

Jeffrey is a slimy sales man. He used scare tactics to sell me on parts and services I didn’t need. I asked if there were any discounts available, he said I’m get 10% off, when I looked over the work order I saw that he added a $10 donation , that was never disclosed to me I order to receive a discount.
I tried to call and ask but no reply.
Service also took nearly 9 hours. When I ask how come it was taking so long, the guy behind the service desk just said, It’s Saturday and that’s why were #1.
What kind of response is that?
