It was the worst experience ever. For a maintenance with no oil change to wait over 5 hours and have to tell them there's something wrong with alignment so bad I'll have to replace my tires. And they still didn't mention that to after waiting all that time. And I had an appointment. Longo used to be the best. This was the worst service I've ever had.

We came for an 9am appointment for a 35,000 miles service on Sat 9th. Took 43 minutes to get to see an advisor. 5pm promised delivery turned to 515 pm. 8 hrs. wait at Dealer. Insanely unacceptable service for a World #1 Toyota Dealer. No need to say, we will not come back to Longo!!!
