Besides the car not being ready the time we were given; once we got the car the hood wasn’t close completely. Luckily before driving off, we noticed it was open. That is something that’ needs to be checked before retuning a car to the owner.

The concern I had regarding my battery was NOT clearly addressed. Jeffery told me the battery was charged after the service to check charging quality. It wasn’t since at pick up the battery life was exactly as I left it. He also said it was taken on a test drive after charging- but the mileage was the same as it was when I brought it in. Talked to the service foreman who still could not give me a clear answer and said I could bring it in again for more testing. Huge inconvenience. Not sure any test was done on the battery- complete waste of my time. Would like to have a service manager call me back - not Jeffery. Not sure Jeffery is honest or understands the issue. ****-****-xxxx
