Bruce was very helpful! He provided me with an update of what services were recommended for my vehicle, he asked about my concerns and made sure they were all addressed before I left the service department. I appreciate employees who follow up with the customer when things have changed(including the time it will take to service the vehicle) which is exactly what Bruce did.

The service writer was fast, efficient and courteous. That is not the problem. My problem is every time and I mean every time you run my car through your wash rack my front license plate comes back all bent up. This time I brought to the lot boy that returned it after service. He told me to talk to the service manager. I do don’t have time for that at 6:00 in the evening. I’m a 73 year woman and I have to have my grandson come over and fix it.. I’ve complained about this every time its washed. Makes me question what else you don’t care about during my service appointment.
Right now I don’t expect anything to change because it hasn’t in the past after I brought to your attention.. Bet it wouldn’t happen to Roger’s car..

We went with a check engine light and was told if we leave our warranty would be void, which is understandable. But on the service notes it states that check engine light was not present when the technicians saw it, so it makes it seem like we are making it up, and then the notes afterwards states that the code was cleared... it doesn't make any sense and we don't know what causes the issue other than "abs problems".Also our service tech marked "dings/dents" on the car even though it was dirt, which I cleaned off to prove to him which he erased afterwards but that shouldn't even be an issue in the first place. So we called off work, wasted our whole day, didn't have a car, and our check engine light magically disappeared on its own.
