I dropped off my car at 9 am, and it wasn't ready for pickup until 6 pm. 9 hrs for changing a fuse is excessive. The reason why I haven't been back to Longo since my last service visit a coUple yrs ago is because I had to wait a very long time as well. I was reluctant to come back to Longo, and this recall visit confirmed my fears of long wait times. Although I think that Longo has very nice employees, I'd rather take my vehicle to a day place that values my time and is more efficient. Thank you.
