The service was great. Alec did a fine job checking my car in. My only issue was that it took almost 3 hours to get my car back. I had been quoted 2 1/2 hours estimate which was understandable. I received an update from Alec just a little after 2 hours had passed & was told my car would be done 15 minutes later. From the time I got that call to the time I actually got the car back was 45 minutes. I got a bit anxious. Other than that, everything else was fine.
