The technician forgot to check a rear tire flap and had to wait an addition 30 minutes. Also the tech was able to secure the tire flap but used a zip tie not a Toyota part.

When reading my evaluation report, I noticed that the tire thread measurements were wrong I just got a brand new tire last week less than a hundred miles on the car and it says it had eight millimeters of thread when I took it in back to the tire shop in a measured it at 9.9 mm so I can't trust a report. The other problem I have is a move d front floor mat to the back seat and I didn't appreciate that.
