This was the second time that we had to wait for the parts to be available for the sliding door recall. Bruce took great care of us as always! He left a voicemail after the repairs were completed and mentioned that there were a few parts that were broken during the process but were replaced. Bruce didn’t need to inform me and I won’t even know. This is the very reason that we always go to Longo! We trust Bruce and we trust Longo! By the way, I’d still like to know exactly what parts were broken and replaced (a picture or diagram) would help! :)

I made an appointment for 12pm on sunday, February 10. I expected for my vehicle to be serviced on the scheduled day. Your location is about 20 miles from my house, so not exactly very convenient for me. When I was signed in to my appointment by Juan he explained that due to a common shortage of technicians on sundays that it would take about 3 and a half hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I chose to stay since my vehicle needs to be serviced and it was out of my way to go to the location. After waiting 3 and a half hours I moved closer to the board that displays customer’s names when their vehicle is ready. It was about 3:45 when Juan notices that I was still waiting. He thoughtfully went to check the status of my vehicle and when he found out that my vehicle had not yet even begun to be serviced he offered me a gift card so I could get a coffee or snack while I waited. Frustrated I asked for my vehicle to be returned so I could be on my way. My vehicle has yet to be serviced, and I feel like my time as a customer was not respected. I do not see the point in scheduling an appointment if my vehicle was not going to be serviced near my scheduled time nor in a timely manner. If it was not for Juan being so polite and doing his best to rectify the situation, and ensuring that I would be coming back to receive the service I was counting on, I would not being giving this service department a second chance. Thank you Juan for trying to right the situation that I feel very wronged by. I will give this dealership an opportunity to rectify the sitation and hopefully change my overall experience with Toyota.
