My tire lost 15 - 20 lbs of air pressure the night before I came to you, and needed several air charges to keep driving the day before that. After an hour to a hour and a half, Albert called me to say the service tech could not find a nail in it.After I explained again to Albert again that it was indeed leaking, he said he would have it looked at some more and immersed (why hadn't that been already done?). After a total of 2 1/2 hours standing around and sitting to wait, I was called to the cashier, my car was ready. The cashier read from the paper that nothing was found to cause the leak, so nothing was fixed. I was exhasperated!! I wasted 3 hours for Nothing. 7
