The service today was not what I expected. I have always received outstanding service at this Longo location. Unfortunately, something was off today. I don’t think it was in Emily’s control but I was dissatisfied with the service I received today. No one would give me a straight answers for when my car would be ready. Overall, I will have a hard time deciding whether or not I will come back to Longo for service.

He told me i was under warranty for the radio and check undercarriage. Was promised that i would b in and out whem i.made appt. With him. 930 appt turned into 530 pm that i could pick up my car and just for him to tell me im not covered under that warranty that he said i had. He had even checked my acct and said it was still covered. Left very upset after i got my car back finally. The problem is the screen only on radio. Wont allow me to do the most important thing i need to connect to is my bluetooth. Its not something that i broke its the actual screen that isnt responding randomly! I would like someone to please call me back or email me concerning this problem. Why would he tell me yes, then not let me know.untill hours later that it couldnt b fixed.
