After checking out with cashier when car was done and they called for someone to bring the car up, it took 26 minutes for the vehicle to show up. If that’s your normal turn around time, you can ignore this comment.
But I had to go back in after watching 10-15 people checking out after me get their cars and go. When I asked the girl what was happening, she said it was dropped off already and they had to ask around to find it.

I won't be returning, almost 4 hours for an oil change and I had an appt, everytime I asked for update was given an additional 30 minutes, the conceigner was the only one that helped, after wasting 4 plus hours she understood the need to pick up my kids from school and was able to get me a rental. Needless to say what should have been an hour to 1.5 hours at most as I was assured took well over 4 hours. It ridiculous, toyota customers go to the dealer to treat their vehicles with what we assume is the best for our cars sadly this isn't so. I'll be looking else where for future oil change. Also due to inconvenience Toyota should have done more.
