I went in for an oil change and I decided to wait for my car but it took over 3 hours. That is a very long waiting time. When Eric Chung finally brought out my car he told me that while washing my car they forgot to close the sunroof on my car and water had gone inside, meaning that my seats were completely wet. I’ve been doing my oil change with Longo for over 3 years and never had any problems until now.

I had my mini van serviced 2 weeks ago and as my wife drove the van home the tire pressure light turned on. I told my wife to wait and it should turn off. The service advised us that we would need tires soon. I noticed that one of the tires was low and I took back to Longo for them to repair it. They advised me that there was a nail in the side wall and they couldn't repair it. They did sell me road hazard warranty but never told me of the hidden restrictions on repairing my tire. So they would exchange my tire after all I get my vehicle serviced at Longo every 5 thousand miles. I then requested a quote for for tires but had a bad feeling over the false impression that my tire can be fixed at anytime. I asked them to put on the spare and I would look elsewhere for tires. When my wife picked up the van the carpet was in disarray and all unorganized. I believe that although they switched out my spare they should leave the vehicle back the way it was prior to taking the spare out. Just very unhappy with Longo.
