Had a 1 pm appt on 3/26 promised time for vehicle to be ready was 2:30 maybe before
I didn’t end up receiving my vehicle until 3:25 pm
No one ever contacted me that I needed to wait longer if I had known it was going to 2 1/2 hours I would’ve asked to be brought home by Longo Toyota
Keep in mind I’m 38 weeks pregnant and also had with me a 1 years old who was very fussy
The rep was nice but lack of communication is very unprofessional
I was not satisfied with the experience
