Was left waiting for a long time with no response after i got response it wasn't a definite answer. Didnt give me an estimate of how long it was goinh to take her to speak to a manager/supervisor stated he is currently busy with another client And i had set an specifically an appointment early tavoid waiting on what seemed to be slow day I was still made to wait for over an hour before getting some answers. That only lead to more question in which i had already asked prior to scheduling an appointment over the phone with a customer service rep and manager.

The car floor mat was not put back together. It was so inconvenient for me to drive 40 minutes each way because of the traffic. I tried to figure it out myself to avoid driving back but no clue and was so frustrated because that should have been installed back to finish the work. Not to mention about the health condition that does not allow me to drive that long. I was more disappointed with the driving twice back to Longo service dept.40 minutes each way (x4).I am happy with the detailing job except for the unnecessary drive and wasted gasoline. Thanks to Mr. B. Herrera for accomodating me back to fix the mats. Thank you also to the gentleman in tie named Paul ( i did not get his last name) was helpful who asked if i was being helped while waiting for someone to help me and he got someone immediately to help me. Erick was also fast to call me that the job was done quickly.
