I went to longo to get something checked on my ve hole and I had to leave it there so I was going to use the shuttle service. The man told me he would call me when the shuttle was ready but he never call me and I waited for 1 1/12 before I got a call that my vechile was ready. When I went to go get my car they took 45 minutes to get it. Not sure what was happening but it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get my vehicle. Had never been so unsatisfied with my service before.

Danny was absolutely awesome. I felt like he was providing personal service by assuring me that some of my request in the handling of my 2 vehicles would be adhered to accordingly. I also feel like he was on top of setting a good expectation for service and followed up with me upon completion of my vehicle and text me pictures of the completed vehicle to ensure it was to my liking. When I arrived to pick up my Prius, he personally went to retrieve it due to the fact he made sure the car was parked in a covered area so that my recent detail remained nice. A1 service. Ms Mejia is also pretty awesome too!
