When I picked up my car, my car key was not handed to me. After leaving the dealership and driving 25 miles to my destination, I discovered I could not find my car key. Since hybrids do not work without a key, I knew it was in the car somewhere. After looking for half an hour and after calling the dealership, I finally found the key, it had fallen between the seat and middle consul, completely out of sight. After forcing my hand down, I luckily felt the key. This is not good service. I was very irate and upset, with my entire family waiting on me. Urg...

We waited for Longo staffs for quiet long. We saw staffs standing in their work station to watch us. But, no one come and help us. Mr. Bruce Herrera was so nice and he came and asked whether or not we have been helped. After findinf out that no one has helped us, he quickly helped us. Thank you Mr. Bruce Herrera.

The car had been taken away before I could show the service provider the issue with the trunk opening slowly and with some dents that are on the vehicle that I wondered if they could be buffed out. When mentioning these issues to the service attendant , he stated that it probably couldn’t be buffed out, like it had a deep scratch , which it doesn’t. But since the car was already gone it’s not like he could see what the problem was and didn’t seem interested in checking. He also seemed to think that the trunk would automatically need replacement parts, despite not checking or even seeing it himself. That cost is over $600. I would expect someone to check that is actually needed and not just be charged for it. I did not get that done because of that. He also tried to add fees that I didn’t even ask for, like a air conditioning evaluation that costs $261 dollars. This is the first time that I really noticed a service attendant doing this. Adding things that aren’t needed or asked for and putting in charges without them being seen by him or your mechanics. I don’t appreciate this and it makes me lose a little bit of faith and trust in Longo.

The young man who helped me was excellent; my dissatisfaction is not with his performance or service. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that before bringing my car in the AC was working perfect even at low settings. Now since I got it back yesterday the AC is barely working even at the highest setting. I used the AC on my way over and it was working perfect. As of yesterday, March 30, 2019 when I got my car back, i tried using the AC and it was barely functional. Now, I've owned my car for over 7 years and i know what works what doesnt and how and something was done to my AC that makes it not function properly now. I need someone to contact me to mitigate this issue please.
