Shuttle service was especially convenient.Emily kept me well informed on status of my car servicing...it did take FIVE hours instead of FOUR as Emily first promised, but thanks to shuttle, I spent them having a fun visit with my daughter. Thx, Longo!

The mechanics always forgot to tightly secure the tire air cap. I lost count how many times I have to secure them when i pick up my car. Small things like this reflects the sloppiness of service.
