Customer service was top notch. No complaints on personnel. However, I felt that waiting 2hrs and 25 minutes for only an oil change is too long. So that is my only complaint but it’s a big one which may prevent me from coming back.

Johan was helpful and friendly. He is always there to help but it is just the explanation of diagnosis cost wasn’t clear enough that Check Engine related sign couldn’t be transferred to other part replacement like battery or whatnots. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service.
