Very disappointed with customer service today I had not been in for year since I had my Toyota but always raved about lango and there customer service didn’t feel it at all today I guess it’s not the same anymore I picked up my car and was told from cashier that everything was fine with it went I went over to get my car noticed the battery was marked as needing a new one and service refused when I was never asked or informed they tried to contact the service person who has helped me and could not get hold of him I was told they would call me and let me know what was wrong with it and I received no call. I live in Whittier and have a Toyota dealer 5 min away but drove to longo for the service probably won’t be returning. It’s been at least 15 years since I had my Toyota but definitely not the same customer service I remember.

The cabin filter was removed from its compartment and then put back in place upside down. I'm very upset because this has already happened before, and I spent a lot of money replacing the blower motor. The blower motor froze because of the debris that fell into it. What a nightmare if I would have to replace it once again....
