I came for service on July 29th at 7am....I waited until almost 10am to be told that they ordered the wrong part...I work Graveyard and got off at 6am and made it to the dealership at 6:30am, I was disappointed and irradiated, it was not Biagio fault re; ordering the wrong part. My time is valuable but waiting that long was unacceptable,I went to speak with Service Mgr: Paul and explained what happened, he Apologized and assured me the correct part would be ordered, he also filled my Gas Tank up for my inconvenience ???? I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up, I spoke to him and requested a shuttle. He said he’d transfer me to someone to schedule that, no one picked up. He said he’d call me back. Almost five hours later, no one called or came to pick me up. I had to request a ride from a coworker to pick up my car before 5 so I could head to school...

mandi never gave me updates in my vehicle. waited 3+ hours for a oil change and tire rotation. tried contacting her numerous times no answer. even the people at the desk tried calling her no answer. over charged for a service that easily should only cost $60 was charged 94 instead. ver un professional. been going here for 7 years but that will be my last.
