I was very satisfied with Sinh. He was very informative and helpful. It would be nice if Longo would allow the customer to ask for Sinh in the future for my next appointment.

Five step process was complicated... stop at booth on service entrance, waiting in line, talk to service attendant, go back and talk to service later to pick up the car, show paperwork to cashier, show paperwork to guy who pulls up with my car, and then finally leave. I won't be back. Andrew was polite and professional, he was not the issue.
