Joseph was great. He was very quick to check me in for my scheduled service. He also made a note that I DID NOT want my car to go through the car wash, since I had a hand car was the day before. Unfortunately my car still ended up going through the wash before leaving the service center. There were spots all over my windshield and the body of my car. Please tell whoever, to look more carefully at these notes! NO WASH!
