First time in 13 years that I have been disappointed with the service. From beginning to end, nothing went right. Went in for the 59 minute service. When picking the car up, I saw that the tire light was still on. I had specifically asked him to have that checked out. I had to turn around and bring it back. My plans to go to out of town had to be cancelled. Martin was to call me after diagnosis. He didn’t do that. I had to find him after waiting an hour. Then another 1 1/2 hr wait and $255 later I was told the car was ready. Had to wait another 45 min. for paperwork. Paid and had to wait another 20 minutes for the car. Probably won’t come back. I traveled a long way to have my car serviced these past 13 years.
