I made an appointment and was on time. I was told I would have to wait over six hours to get my vehicle back. I was told it was because it was a Saturday but the car in front of me was a 2019 chrv and their car was returned an hour later after they dropped it off. And we dropped it off at the same time. And were getting the same Toyota care regular maintenance... I would come to this location even though I live 22 miles away because the service has always been exceptional but if I have to wait 6 hours to get my vehicle back because it's no longer a brand new car then I'd rather go to a local Toyota and give them my business and consideration when I purchase my next vehicle.

Everything was fine. Albert was nice and all, however, whomever did the airbag (recall) serviced didn't screw back on the bolt on the driver side handle bar. Under other circumstances i wouldn't care. But this is a torx bolt and I dont have a torx bit kit at home to screw back in this bolt...
