After the second time around the bumper begin to detach it self again for the 3rd time. Toyota suggested they could glue it and hopefully it would hold. The blue paint on the bumper looks different than the rest of the vehicle. I'm afraid to ask, What's going to happened if the bumper detaches for the 4th time, or when the guarentee expires. The whole experience has been horrible, very disappointing and frankly frustrating to say the least. I was a loyal Toyota customer. I have purchased five vehicles from Longo and I'm sad to say but i will not purchase vehicles from Longo Toyota after the worse experience i have ever had.

Everything was good. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I plan on coming to Longo for my future service. However, the shuttle service could be greatly improved. Here are a few suggestions:
The persons in the shuttle van should be limited to three persons or three destinations; in my last two visits, I noticed five persons or five destinations and the ride was quite long and not effective.
Please arrange to keep at three destinations or at most four. Please keep the groups better by grouping the destinations by the distance. Don’t group people in near distance and far distance. This will be more effective.
