I waited 2 hrs for service. Then Biagio came to me and said getting paperwork ready and should be done in 5-10 minutes. I wait another hour and no update. I call Bagio and vm says he’s out of office. So I went to service dept and asked status. They were not sure so after checking they said done within 1/2 hr. So almost 3.5 hrs. Not happy
