The service advisor wasn’t knowledgeable on a battery replacement that was still
under warranty. He had me changing my own battery to get a replacement outside
in 103 degree weather !!!! I ask to speak the service manager and he resolved the
issue after the fact, saying they could have change the battery while they were doing the oil change in ways as long as there was a service ticket written up . The service manager agreed with my that they should have went the extra mile to satisfied the customer, especially since I bought my last 6 cars with Longo . I could have fainted in the heat under the sun in their premises and who would have been liable ? Common sense is needed sometimes, especially in certain weather conditions! I hope Longo Lexus can make a remedy to this to keep us as Loyal customers????? Regards, Ted ( )
