I thought he was incredibly helpful, informative but not pushing anything one me, super pleasant and kept me informed along the way. I actually did far more than I intended as I felt my Prius was in good hands. Bruce got that spending so much money on a 23 year old car is not an easy decision, especially knowing that it’s cheaper NOT to use a dealer. I’ve had super good luck with Longo, with very few exceptions. Having the courtesy rental sealed the deal for me.
