Jimmie was great!! Truly he was amazing, he kept me updated with texts and I felt completely in the loop the whole time. That was the first time in my years of going to Toyota that someone texted me with updates. I loved it. Jimmie really did his job and ensured my car got out in a timely manner (also a first after years of coming to Toyota). All in all this was a fantastic experience, thank you Jimmie!

I had to bring my newly-purchased Longo used car in because both of the right side windows were not working. You fixed only the rear window, so when I went to pick it up, I discovered the front window STILL wasn’t working! So... I had to leave it another day and rent a car!
It took you 2 more days to fix the front window.
I am pretty disappointed with your service department.
