Kayla promised me I could pick up my car after hours 8/10 at 8:30pm. But never gave security instructions or my name. Now I’m stuck without a vehicle for work tomorrow and have to pay out of pocket for Uber to and from work and also to the dealership. This is not just an inconvenience, it’s costing me money because I am not allowed to pick up my truck. Longo would not allow me to pick up my vehicle and that’s just flat out terrible service.
