I was given price quote for my oil change at seventy dollars over the phone and l made that l wanted synthetic oil and ask her again about the price. She said that you were doing a special price! When Pick up my car told me that the price was 116 dollars I was shocked! I told the person abo the quote and he said that she made a mistake. I felt that was misleading!

I was so pleased to see that Teddy Chiu is back as a service manager. It was his day off when I brought my car in and Andrew assisted me. He explained the
diagnostics process which would be used to determine source of engine check warning light. He kept me updated with the findings and further tests. I felt I was provided fully with all information needed to make decisions to address the issue. My 2002 Prius had been performing sluggishly since I was in October 2018 for major work. Today, after assessments of the fuel injectors, 3 of the four were clogged and now that they have been cleaned, I have a noticeably more responsive car and the mpg is also improved.
This is why I have my car serviced only at Longo.

I am kind of disappointed about my 2nd row seat leave big yellow water spot after whole car wash detail service. I am request put all the carpets back to their position after whole car wash detail service but they are not do every carpet back to their position then back and forward 3 times. Finally they did it on the third times. I am very disappointed about this time car wash detail service. I am used to been Longo Toyota in El Monte California have whole car wash detail service. This is very bad and disappointed experience.
