Mr Lopez was excellent. For an oil change, check fluids and tire check I waited 3 hours. Some customers coming in after me were leaving within an hour, hr half. I had an appointment at 330pm. I was told it would maybe be 1 maybe 2 hrs...but 3??? I'm not very happy!
