Danny was very professional.
I think I should have been shown
my old parts for the filters. I think
the window wipers were super
expensive. The man who checked
my paperwork was very nice because
my husband slipped off the benches
and made sure they drove my car
up to us. Also two employees helped
him up when he fell. I also would have liked
if the appointment would have been an hour.
It was a little too long. However the
employees were very respectful and
kind. Thank you again for your help!

Longo Toyota is the best in service. The only suggestion I would have is to reduce service times. Every time I have made an appointment the average wait is between 4-5 hours and I am going in for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. The waiting portion makes me dread coming here because it takes a large portion of my day.
