the service i paid for is not totally rendered. paid for coolant replacement found out it was empty hows that our car almost broke down. service manager was not around to answer question. how disappointing for a big dealership you put your trust on for good service. we got 3 cars from longo.

After waiting 2.5 Hours for normal scheduled 80000 mile maimtemve to completed, Ryan reported tech had determined timing chain wads leakingtiming chain was leaking and needed to replace engine andopump and water pump for $2100. I am getting other opinions.
