I waited to pick up my car. After an hour I asked the front person on updates. She asked me if I checked in without seeing if my car came. I already checked in with a different person. Instead of investigating the problem further she did not check again even though my car keys were at her desk. My car was actually parked at the front (did not see earlier because of other cars). No one told me my car was there. The person just left it and I was not informed even though the front desk person had my car keys right in front of her. I waited for a long time to retrieve my car after maintenance and nobody cared to tell me it arrived or help me retrieve it. It was left out there by an employee and another employee didn’t bother to check that the keys were with her the entire time. Very disappointing.
