Daniel did his best to manage the situation. He acknowledged he was new and was still learning how to assist customers (which I understand). Unfortunately not all managers and employees are created equally. I have had nothing excellent experiences with other service managers in the past. They would go above and beyond to make sure I left with the best experience.
The manager was brought over for assistance to Daniel (I think his name was Matt) and automatically treated me as if I was a liar right off the bat. I felt insulted, and he just walked away with no communication when he found that I was right. I go to Longo for all my Toyota needs, and if it wasent for other service personnel such as (Martin or Melissa) I would take my business elsewhere because of how poorly the situation was handled by Matt. I have close family friends in the sales department. I have good family friends in the service department as well and I’ve never been treated that way let alone from a manager.
