Yesterday when i went in for my truck service the tech did work on my truck that i did not approve of.I told them that i knew my truck needed new brakes but i told them that i Would not be changing them that day, because of the current economic crisis we are currently faced with. Hours later when i went to pick up my truck i got a bill that i was not prepare to pay because i had not approved it. I asked him why did he do that and he just said sorry and gave me a discount. What im trying to say is not that it was expenssive just that at this momment people are not trying to spend money on unnecessary things or things that can wait,and i suggest that you guys value your customers opinión and if they refuse a service, at that time dont go ahead and do it anyways.
