According to a couple months ago I had the problem with the tire and I changed one with Longo Toyota Service and got the alignment and rotation. Then I told Mr. Bruce Herrera about this story but he was still keep pushing me to get the service of rotation and alignment again and again for raising the charge bill. I tried to refuse it. He did the new coding again, I checked, still have tires service place order..!! Finally, after 4-5 times of print out the order, I got what it supposed to be..!! OMG..!! I’m not happy with it.

Albert Lopez is always the best. This time, I also dealt with Matthew McCarty and Alex Ayala, who were helpful. The technician Steve, who explained in layman's terms and who physically showed me what was wrong deserves a shoutout too, as he was not condescending, as males can sometimes be when explaining mechanics to a female. Connie from Enterprise was sweet too. The only one who needs customer service training is Brianna the cashier, as she was visibly upset when I took the time to read the receipts prior to signing them. She was impatient when having to answer a question I posed about a charge. She must be new, as I have never had that experience with a cashier at Longo before. However, it won't stop me from going, as I have been a satisfied customer for 19 years now.

The service was excellent, I got my car back in a timely manner but was not happy that Starbucks was closed and only giving complimentary coffee ( COVID i get it ) but not everyone drinks coffee. Some of us drink hot teas just saying !! ??

Walking through the process was fine. Juan did a great job. I was not pleased that when he told me my tire could not be fixed because it was "near the edge" and wanted me to purchase a new tire (230$). When I called and canceled the new tire purchase he claimed he was trying to contact me back because they did not have the materials to change the tire (really? I highly doubt it). In reality, the nail was located in the middle of the tire and was easily repairable by a shop down the street. All in all. He did a great job walking me through my maintenance needs. However
if he was trying to get a commission for having me purchase a new tire when it is easily repairable that's a problem there.
