I had a 7 o’clock appointment and didn’t leave Toyota till 1245. I had an oil change done and had to specific problems that were unique to my 2024 4 Runner. I advised that I had squeaky brakes while the car was cold and I also had vibration in my steering wheel with my vehicle reached a certain miles per hour. My concerns seem to be overlooked and it required me to speak to a manager by the name of Paul who is able to finally direct his mechanics to address my problem.I don’t feel like I was treated with the best service the Toyota of Longo was known to have. I am very upset that I had to feel like I had to prove to your experts that there were issues that needed to be addressed. Maybe because I’m a woman they thought I was stupid. This is the second vehicle that I bought from LONGO and I don’t think I will ever buy another car from you again.

Although the detail and service came out great. When they put my plates on 1) they put them on wrong and 2) the technician took off my Claremont Toyota frames and replaced them with Longo Toyota Frames. I was upset, Mandy helped me and she said that they either broke the frames or threw them away and she couldn’t find em. If that was the case the tech should’ve made a note. Great job with the service but I’m a person who is big on details of the car went in with them they should’ve came out with them. Kind of shady since I did not buy the car from Longo.

I checked in at 8:15. I told the service manager that I need a ride home. He told me to wait at the sitting area and someone will call me. I wait till 9am and didn’t hear anything. I went to the pick up service counter and asked the representative there. They said I have to arrange with them in order to get service, but the service manager never tell me. The service at the pick up desk is much more better, they give me a ride promptly.
