The advisor isn't very kind and friendly. I was been told in the recall mail that it would only take about one hour to finish the recall. However, they let me wait for more than three hours, even though I arrived there very early at 7:30 am during this "quarantine period".

I see longo employee drive my car from service lane 3 into service area at 7 AM, which is very short drive. I am a customer of longo 20 years.
Service advisor called me at 9 AM telling my car need a battery jump start to drive. It is wrong. Biagio lies. I purchase battery because longo recommend.
My car odometer 30,000 miles and I purchased new.
I don’t satisfied shuttle driver Jean who also lies.
