I had an appointment at 7:30 am. I delivered the car prior to 7:20 am. It was for a 30K mile service. The process lasted until 9:20 am!!! There was no warning that the process was going to last 2 whole hours. Very frustrating, specially when knowing it was a simple oil change/tire rotations process.
