ROY WU is very professional and service oriented. He called me to inform where is my car status and he also helped beyond his work scope. When i presented him a question he answered thoroughly and also helped me installed back my carpet after deep detailling cleaning serive. It amazed me because its not his duty to help me install back. But he knew that i was clueless so he showed me how to do it. And it was done on tine.

Martin dud a good job of keeping me informed and answered his phone when I called. I usually have to leave a message that the service advisors don't answer their phones. What I didn't like was that I have taken my car in twice because of a noise and they kept telling me nothing was wrong. Now that the starter busted and was replaced, there is no more noise.
