Online service special price was not honored despite being assured by Longo associate on the phone who made my service appointment. I understand this was
not the fault of the service advisor but that of the appointment person. Service
Manager had to be called who offered to not charge for labor but the price for the part was still too high. Later agreed to honor a printed quote from Longo parts department and still cover labor. This required a drive all the way back home to get the printed quote when I’m sure the same price could have been provided by the in house parts department. Customer service is definitely not a strong attribute at Longo Toyota where it seems the customer is always wrong.

I went in because my Wife and I just purchased a new vehicle. The motorized trunk on the vehicle was malfunctioning. Johan was not able to do anything and just kept repeating what he was not able to do. From what I was told it was a software issue and the vehicle had to be taken into dodge due to the make of the car. So my only option was to be without a car for 3 days with no mode of transportation. I asked if i would be able to take the vehicle in myself and have dodge bill toyota for the labor. Not an option according to Johan. Now i have to make arrangements to not have a vehicle for 3 days and coordinate a time to return with my wife's vehicle. Not to mention all of this took 5 and a half hours to learn.
Service was just not there..... I would give everything a 1 out of 5 due to the stores on location. Starbucks,subway,ect.
