Originally I was told based on estimate that the appointment I had for alignment. Would take one hour to one and a half. It took just shy of 3 hours. I lost a lot of time and was hoping that the appointment would had been held. Noticed that my car didn’t get touched until about the last 45 minutes since I had my vehicle in valet mode. Not very happy
