I was waiting more than 30 minutes for my car after I was told to pay at the casher. I had to go in and asked the cashier what was going on. I knew that it was not busy at that time. She called in for me and said she requested the priority. I came out and waited for another 3 minutes and during this time I didn’t see my car and even any cars coming out. At last my car came out. It was wasting my time. It was my first terrible experience there since I have been your customer for so many years because I didn’t agree to fix one of the brake tail light from the request by your worker.
