Service was good; HOWEVER Customer service was HORRIBLE. My appointment time was 2pm and (yes appointment) and I was given my vehicle back at 4:53pm. That wait time was super ridiculous. Toyota, seriously think about servicing your appointment customers better or what is the point of having an appointment in the first place. Very disappointed in Longo Toyota of El Monte, CA.
