I have had the pleasure of having Ms. Santos’ assistance on, I believe, three separate occasions. Each time she had been professional, cheerful and ready to to follow through with any question about my vehicle, even those for which she did not have an immediate answered. The point is, she follows through. Over these interactions, she has demonstrated herself to be a very happy, positive and optimistic person. Even most recently with her mask on, her positivity is transmitted through her most beautiful frying pan eyes. Can you please clone her and send one to me, if that’s OK?
