Mr. Andrew was totally unprofessional. Took my car to get serviced and was not informed that I needed a new battery because my battery was extremely in poor condition which was unknown to me. It was discovered during the service. Yet, Andrew nor anyone else bothered to informed me about the problem. Andrew was more concerned about getting off work instead of being concerned about the client. I would have preferred to be informed about the problem to be given the opportunity to buy a battery. The customer service was poor and totally unprofessional. Never want to deal with this guy again.
