1) It is very difficult to get the change out of the soda machine. This machine is located through the double doors off the maintenance alley, mid building. There are three machines. It is the one one the right. My fingers weren't long enough to retrieve my change.
2) The guest computers took too long to boot up.
3) I was impressed that the facilities guy was painting the stucco columns, and other facilities people were cleaning the shop area, even more difficult to reah items.
4) I specifically directed that the vehicle not be washed, and it was washed. However, I will cut you some slack on that and not consider it a major issue, as everyone is stressed out and doing the best they can under these difficult circumstances. I also appreciate every single employee who showed up to work, whether I personally interacted with them or not. It was great to see all the dedicated and loyal Penske employees.
Other than that, I am satisfied with Alex's performance and plan to be a repeat customer. (Though this does remain potentially in doubt with Governor Newsom & company in charge of things...) Due to this, are unfortunately and seriously contemplating leaving this state that has been our home our entire lives.
5) All things considered, I was satisfied. It would be hard for me to say anything too bad about Roger Penske, Greg Penske or the entire Penske organization. I generally find it to be a class act. However, you always need to be looking for the bottom 15%... Keep up the good work!
