All the items that I had dropped off my vehicle for were taking care of in a timely manner. I had previously dropped off my vehicle and picked it up and still had some issues with the work done, but it was no problem to take it back on and have it looked over again. I was provided with a rental vehicle car while we waited for the maintenance on my vehicle to be completed. The sercvice was fast and I’m very happy with the results.

Gary was very efficient and was intentional about making friends while he worked. I would definitely work with him again and would recommend him to others needing assistance.

I stood in over 100 degree weather watching the lube techs as they were changing the oil on my 2018 duramax. They did change the oil but took a very long time. I don’t consider the drain part in the oil change time because I know this takes some time but I do know that it does not take 45 min to fill it back up with oil. They also did not do all of there checks or everything they are suppose to. Robert M. Had to go remind them to add def fluid because they didn’t fill it. They also did not rotate my tires like they were told to do. I watched almost the entire time after they finished draining the oil and saw them walk back and forth joking around with other lube guys. You would think they would consider customers time they have to take out of their day to get their vehicles serviced. So after they finished the oil change and got it out of the bay it went to the other building to get the fuel filter changed by a different tech. I forget his name but he was quick to change the fuel filter. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied by his performance and care to my truck. Once I got the truck back I wasn’t very pleased to see oil marks all over my white trucks paint from the lube guys touching it everywhere. I can see if it was in just one or two places but it was in several places all over the top of one front fender all over the front bumper and the grill. I know it was clean because I had just personally washed and detailed my truck the day before. So as I finish this comment I would like to say I am not happy with your lube guys and believe they don’t care about their work, job, or performance or give a damn about anybody’s vehicles cleanliness. I do want to mention that I know the tech that did the fuel filter did not contribute to making my truck dirty. He did an excellent job as did Robert M. In fact Robert could tell I wasn’t very satisfied and was trying to help the situation and make it right. Jake B
